Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Refunds & Returns

We truly want every order to arrive perfectly for you. If your product shows up damaged, faulty, or not quite what you ordered, please email our team at Info@lunosculpt.com within 14 days of receiving it. Pop your order number in the subject line, share a quick note with photos, and we’ll take care of you.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for either a store credit or exchange for a different product. All returns need to be UNUSED and UNOPENED and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.

We do not offer refunds for used products. If your request is approved the return shipping is covered by you, and original shipping fees will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds or returns for: Change of mind Sale Items or Gift Cards

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.

Sometimes this is not possible but we will try our best to have it rerouted.
